Your Relationship to schoolsandteachers.com
You and schoolsandteachers.com are and shall remain independent contractors, and shall not be deemed to have an employer-employee, joint venture, partner or franchisor-franchisee relationship for any purpose whatsoever. Accordingly, you shall be exclusively responsible for the manner in which you perform your duties under this Agreement and for the profitability or lack thereof of your activities under this Agreement. All financial obligations associated with your business are your own responsibility and you may not represent yourself as having any right or authority to obligate or bind schoolsandteachers.com in any manner whatsoever.
The payment of any and all sales or other tax, arising out of a transaction on this site, shall be the sole responsibility of the users of this site, and such users shall pay any such applicable taxes.

This site merely acts as a conduit for persons or organizations to post their teaching jobs ads and for people looking for teaching jobs to search the postings. schoolsandteachers.com has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items, businesses or job postings advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to provide the jobs or the ability of the applicants to fulfill their jobs. schoolsandteachers.com cannot and does not control whether or not job ads posters will complete the hiring of applicants for the positions they offer. schoolsandteachers.com cannot and does not control whether or not applicants will complete the transaction they have made with the you. Because schoolsandteachers.com does not and cannot control the action of others, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more posters or job applicants or other site users and visitors of schoolsandteachers.com, you hereby release schoolsandteachers.com (and our agents and employees and any third party partners, mother companies, holding company and/or licensees of schoolsandteachers.com ) from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such a claim or demand. Miscellaneous Provisions
schoolsandteachers.com may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. The amended terms shall be automatically effective 30 days after they are posted to this site. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing signed by both parties.
The Service of this web site is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our Service is not available to minors.

In the event that schoolsandteachers.com should terminate the ability of a person or entity to use this site, it shall incur no liability in connection with such action.
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be sent via E-mail to administrator@schoolsandteachers.com (in the case of schoolsandteachers.com ) or to the E-mail address you provide to schoolsandteachers.com during the registration process (in your case), or such other address as the party shall specify. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after E-mail is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the E-mail address is invalid. Alternatively, schoolsandteachers.com may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to schoolsandteachers.com during the registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines , without giving effect to any provisions in connection with choice of laws. Both parties submit to jurisdiction in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines and further agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court in Cagayan de Oro City.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
schoolsandteachers.com does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our Service, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.
